We are a small, women-led business and each reservation truly matters to us. We put a lot of care and love into creating these retreats. Please take the time to read through our policies and community agreements carefully before booking, so everything feels clear and aligned from the beginning.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 20 days before the retreat start date, you will lose your deposit, but no further payment will be required. If you cancel within 20 days of the retreat start date, the full retreat amount becomes non-refundable. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the venue, facilitators, or planned activities if needed to best support the retreat; such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in EUR. The remaining balance (after your deposit) is due 20 days before the retreat start date. If payment isn’t received by then, we reserve the right to release your spot.
Travel & Insurance
We know that no one books a retreat planning to cancel. At the same time, life can be unpredictable. We gently recommend arranging travel and cancellation insurance after booking, so you are covered if something unexpected arises.
We also suggest having appropriate travel and health insurance for your stay. During the retreat, we invite you to listen to your body and take responsibility for your own physical and mental wellbeing. Please choose the activities, movements, and practices that feel right and safe for you.
Force Majeure
If a retreat can’t take place due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, etc.), we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer either a transfer to a future date or a partial refund, minus costs already incurred.
Community Agreements
Our spaces are not neutral. They are rooted in collective care and embodied responsibility.
We have zero tolerance for Zionism, anti-blackness, transphobia or discrimination of any kind.
This retreat is created for women. When we use the word ‘women’, we are referring to a person with uterus. We are FLINTA friendly.
