A two day DanzaMedicina workshop in Berlin guiding women into instinct, emotional honesty, and the wisdom that rises through embodied movement
About DanzaMedicina
DanzaMedicina is a somatic practice for women that understands dance and movement as living narratives — an act of resistance against collective anesthesia, the silencing of our instincts, the plasticization of our senses, the suppression of our visceral forces, and the disciplining of our bodies.
By moving against the current of disconnection, exhaustion, and superficiality, DanzaMedicina reminds us to embody what we should never forget.
This is a living practice of dance, healing movement, and body psychotherapy that offers a space to recover our lost ancestral fragments while surrendering to the authenticity and spontaneity of the self.
An invitation for women to remove their masks, face their fears, and listen to the raw intelligence that inhabits feminine bodies.

Your Facilitator & host

Morena Cardoso - Facilitator
Morena Cardoso is the facilitator and creator of DanzaMedicina, a practice that has reached fifteen countries and impacted more than five thousand women through dance laboratories and immersive movement. Her research explores the boundaries between art, clinical practice, rites of subjectivation, and feminisms. A master in Psychology, somatic therapist, and writer, Morena’s main territory of investigation, practice, and poetics is the feminine body—from the center of the bones, through the dark cave of the womb, to the skin under the skin—places where memories cannot be negotiated. A Latin woman of bittersweet medicine, Morena summons the body-territory as the first site of struggle, resistance, and insurrection against the capitalist-colonial-patriarchal order, defending spaces where other languages emerge through gesture, invoking re-imaginable ways of co-existence.

Marijana Lemm - Host
Marijana is the founder of Tara Retreats, a community organizer, and a complementary medicine practitioner. For the past seven years, she has been hosting and teaching at women’s retreats, combining movement, art, and nature-based learning. Her work is devoted to inspiring collective healing, social justice, and strengthening our connection to the land, with her roots stemming from both Montenegro and Germany.
