We are a small, women-led business and each reservation truly matters to us. We put a lot of care and love into creating these retreats. Please take the time to read our Terms & Conditions and Community Agreements carefully before booking, so everything feels clear and aligned from the beginning.
Community Agreements
Our spaces are not neutral or or apolitical.
They are rooted in collective care and embodied responsibility.
We have zero tolerance for Zionism, anti-blackness, transphobic or discrimination of Any Kind.
This retreat is created for women and the FLINTA community. When we use the word ‘women’, we are referring to a person with uterus. We are FLINTA friendly.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date, you will lose your deposit, but no further payment will be required. If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat start date, the full retreat amount is due. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the venue, facilitators, or planned activities if needed to best support the retreat. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund of their deposit.
Travel & Insurance
We know that no one books a retreat planning to cancel. At the same time, life can be unpredictable. We gently recommend arranging travel and cancellation insurance after booking, so you are covered if something unexpected arises.
We also suggest having appropriate travel and health insurance for your stay. During the retreat, we invite you to listen to your body and take responsibility for your own physical and mental wellbeing. Please choose the activities, movements, and practices that feel right and safe for you.
