Embody Retreat

7 days of yoga, breath work, somatic practices, creation & sound

EMBODY, be in the body here and now. Embodiment means anchoring, rooting, feeling into the gut. It’s about expanding the boundaries of physicality of what the body is and forging connections with the living world. Experience with us a journey to your source of authenticity and creativity. Bring yourself into alignment. Integrate all facets of your wholeness. Embody your spirituality. Transform. Head on. Head off. Headstand.

ABOUT THE RETREAT

This retreat is about the body, mind and soul. And how everything is connected and overlaps in the flow of things. It is inspired by traditional body practices, somatic approaches, cosmic inspirations, boundless joy of creativity and cosmological activism.

Together we let the body speak and write poetry in the truest sense of the word. We connect with nature and so with ourselves. We listen. We feel. We let ourselves drift. Everything is already there. We’ve just forgotten to listen. This retreat is aimed at all people who want to stand in their full power: mentally, physically, spiritually and psychologically. And who enjoy experimentation, adventure and community. Because that’s what it takes to strengthen our body as a social body.
