Terms & Conditions

We are a small mother daughter owned business so every reservation means a lot to us as we put a lot of care an love into organising them. So please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book as we don’t want you to be disappointed beforehand !

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To confirm your place on our retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 350 per person must be made upon booking. The deposit for the retreat is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel anytime before 30 days prior to the retreat start date you will lose your initial deposit payment but you will not have to pay the remaining amount for the retreat. If you cancel within 30 days prior to the retreat start date, you will have to pay the full amount. We reserve the right to change the venue, teachers, and any planned activities to best suit the retreat’s needs. These changes will not entitle participants to a refund of their deposit.

We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

We understand that no one books a retreat with the intention of canceling or postponing. However, unexpected events can occur. To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance after making your reservation. Depending on the policy, this insurance can cover some or all cancellation fees. Most insurance providers require the purchase within 14 days of booking.

Travel & Health Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance especially in these changing times. Furthermore, you participate the classes, hikes and workshop at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability.
