EMBODY, be in the body here and now: Embodiment means anchoring, rooting, feeling into the gut. It’s about expanding the boundaries of physicality, what the body is, and forging connections with the living world.
INTEGRATE and reconnect: Through poetry, study sessions, inspirational talks, stream of consciousness exploration, journaling, and sharing circles, we gain understanding and embody our transformations. We reconnect with the cycles of nature and can effectively process personal feelings, traumas, and trauma responses.
ALIGN and alchemise: The alignment and the alchemy of the body, mind and spirit system is achieved through meditation, practice, prayers and healthy nutrition.

Your Retreat Facilitators
Giulia Anna Maria
Giulia Anna Maria defines herself as an artist of life: her life is, in itself, a path of creation and liberation.
She grew up in Rome where she studied law and started to work for several NGOs before she decided to move to Berlin. She started to practice yoga when she was 15, and later in her life this path chose her. She traveled to Nepal in 2012, where she began teaching yoga: on the rooftop where she practiced daily, children started gathering before heading to school and spontaneously she commenced guiding them through poses and breath awareness. After this enlightening trip, Giulia went back to Berlin where she accomplished a comprehensive 3-year TTC in Iyengar Yoga (1000h) and afterwards deepen her knowledge in yoga for women, seniors and therapeutic yoga. This allowed her to heal her body from an autoimmune disease (AS) and chronic pain that she developed in her teenager hood.
By now, her yoga practice is a mixture of somatic and embodiment practices, Hatha yoga, kundalini, butoh dance, sound healing (she plays the gong) and mantra singing. She has taught yoga for over 10 years and she has been teaching for the Tara family for 3 years. She loves to explore the teachings of various lineages and put them in practice within her own body and being on and off the mat.
Felizitas Stilleke
Felizitas works and lives as a freelance dramaturge, curator and artist in the independent performing arts scene of Berlin and abroad. She doesn’t like to work and think alone – not as an artist, not as a person. In her work she looks for activists, collaborative and joyful possibilities to come together and create knowledge based on sisterhood and sharing practices. She studied German Literature, pedagogic and cultural poetics in Germany and expended curation in Amsterdam, before she took over theatre festivals, performative symposiums and began to write audio fictional radio features. In 2020, she launched for example a series of podcast sessions titled “The Mother in Me is the Mother in You,” in which she subjected the theme of not-yet/not-anymore/maybe/motherhood to a collective rededication of discourse. This year she launched a podcast series at Deutschlandfunk about disappearing fathers as her dad suffers under dementia, called „Goodbye Stranger“.
In the action of zine making or shared sound based storytelling she found ways to create knowledges and re-write systems as a collective act. Now she invites companions, friends and interested souls to do so. No knowledge needed, pleasure activism welcome!
